Front Sway Bar Bushings

I picked up some Prothane bushings for the front sway bar for about $19 from Amazon. Wasn’t sure if I needed the 26mm or 27mm kit so I had to buy a digital caliper to measure the damn thing. I’ve become a sucker for new tools.

I wasn’t expecting much. I mean hell, they’re just bushings. Boy howdy, was I wrong! It made a HUGE difference in the way the car rode – less shake in the steering wheel over bumps, less shaking at highway speed… it just felt more solid.
